Dan first discovered his knack for convincing people to buy while selling dictionaries door-to-door during his college days. He soon landed a sales gig where he began to sell computers for a living.
His career was accelerated when he joined his boss at Businessland, and grew from a salesperson to a general manager within 8 years.
Over the years, Dan has donned multiple hats at the various start-ups he has been involved with. His track record includes: Founder & CEO of ALI Technologies, Co-Founder and VP of Sales at CelebraTech, Regional Manager at Groove Networks, and Area Director at Businessland. He was also President of Helm Software in Phoenix, Arizona for two years.
His attraction to fast-growing companies opened a new door for him when in May 2007, Dan had the opportunity to join the original team of HubSpot. Those who have worked with him say that his enthusiasm is infectious, and from managing the company’s sales recruiting, to sales training, to management mentorship and leadership programs—he has done it all.
